Always my favorite character. I think it is because he is so in touch with his feelings. Or maybe I just like the fact that he appreciates a good pile of leaves.
Those are some very original critters. I’m glad (and blessed) that I don’t have any problems with allergies. A lotta people I know suffer incessantly from them and they sound so miserable. 🙁
I suffer badly with hay fever & I recently discovered “Nyal” brand allergy & hay fever tablets that are a herbal medication. Don’t know if they’re available in your country but they have been working magnificently. Not a single sinus headache for weeks now.
Thanks for passing along that information, Tony. Maybe that could help someone, I’m sure it is at least available online. I get the impression that you live a homeopathic lifestyle. Is that a leap? I know you also tend your own garden, I’m assuming you get your veggies there, too?
I’ve tried lots of regular drug type hay fever medications & none of them have helped me at all, except to relieve some weight from my wallet as most of them were around $30 – $40. These were only $10 for 24 tablets & they work like a charm.
Thanks for the follow up info, Tony. My allergies act up during the changing of the seasons, with terrific headaches. I’m certainly going to be prepared for this spring!
When my pug is sniffing something that doesn’t give her what she thinks is the intended smell she expects, she barks at it. I assume she’s telling it, “wrong smell [object], please try again!! [grin]
I had to read this one a couple of times…
But the ending tops it off. It’s a punch line that requires you to think. Plus I hate having to deal with allergies. Let alone think about them, then sneeze! Lol
I know when my nose is clogged I can barely smell anything! I figured since dogs can smell like 1000s of times better than us, the scents would all bunch up and I tried to put a visual on that.
Took me a minute, and then I realized it was brilliant. Good job sir!
Thank you Will. Thought I should explain why Gorr’s been sneezing so much lately. My dog does the exact same thing.
Boy, what isn’t he allergic too?
That’s a good question, Josh. Whatever it is, it’s got his smelling system all jumbled up!
Poor Gorr! Hey, that rhymed!
You should hear him snore! Don’t feel too sorry for him, Tim. He’s about to pay another visit to his boneyard!
I have the same problem!
I really feel for you Brian. Allergies can be miserable.
It’s all that crossbred wildlife..
His sniffer got clogged, so all the smells are playing mix and match.

Looks like all his nature nuzzling is catching up with his sinus cavities!
Now there’s some creative sniffing. 🙂
Creative sniffing. Sounds like a good hobby.
I think he will not eat it, could do without this! XD I avoid getting close to flowers for the same reason … Very good, as always Mark!
Thanks Pancho. Nothing worse than a stuffy nose, is there?
Nice one Mark…. really like the colors in this one!
Thanks Jerry! I I wanted to keep the color clean and simple.

Dogs can identify smells somewhere between 1,000 to 10,000 times better than humans. You can imagine the critter combo possibilities!
Lol, I love those animal combos. I’m suffering from this right now myself. I’m not sure if it’s allergies or a sinus cold…not that it matters :S
All sinus issues suck! Allergies or cold – it really blows! Glad you like the kooky animal combos, Brandon.

By the looks of the critters his nose is indicating I thing he needs to see a veterinary nasal specialist.
Maybe he’s on the Island of Doctor Moreau!
I never considered that. Good point.
Coming from a fellow dog-lover such as yourself, I think your vet comment is spot on, though!
Took me a minute. But I finally got it! Cute.
It’s a time release strip. Thanks for the nice comment, Saeed!
Looks like everything smells funny to him with the allergies!
The problem is the nose is plugged so the smells get all jumbled up.
Maybe those animals are real and there’s a Dr. Frankenstein nearby.
Or a Doctor Moreau.
ah yes Zee elusive jump squirlefrogbirderfly, verry few have zeen zhish how you say, magnificant creature
Bob, you are an observant gentleman of the most sterling caliber.
Try 10mg Loratadine from Taget. Works for me!
I wonder if that would work for a creature from the dawn of time?
When my pug is sniffing something that doesn’t give her what she thinks is the intended smell she expects, she barks at it. I assume she’s telling it, “wrong smell [object], please try again!! [grin]
She’s trying to force Mother Nature to reboot that smell so it is acceptable to her discriminating olfactory lobes!
Aww, poor little blubber-pup’s confuzzled!
Nice mental results, though.
Haha, blubber-pup. Those mental results make the art part so much fun!
This is genius, took me a while to get it but it was well worth it! Perhaps he should try the neti pot, it worked wonders for me!
Gorr would eat that neti pot!

I had to read this one a few times but then I got the light bulb moment when it clicked. Very funny Mark. Poor little Gorr though.
He’s feeling much better now. He ate a neti pot.
Careful! too much neti pot eating may result in a stomach ache XD
But at least his sinuses are clear!
Love the shape of the dog in all the panels.
Thanks, Frank. He’s just a basic cube. When you break ’em down to basic shapes it makes it so much easier.
