That 3rd panel really emphasizes the power of the Trugg bursting forth from the ground. Excellent work Mark. No one would ever get past him. Perhaps you could train & sell Guard Truggs, better than an attack trained Dobermann
Looking through the comments I see the Uncle Scrooge money bins reference.
Just this past weekend I was mentioning to someone my childhood comic book memories of Scrooge, specifically him diving off a diving board into a pool of gold coins. As a kid I was hoping that I would be doing that one day. Still hasn’t happened! Great strip by the way, Mark.
I loved those comics, too, Denny! Uncle Scrooge’s money was so deep you could paddle a boat across it! Thanks for bringing back some of those old memories, I’m glad you liked the strip!
how many animals did he have to kill to get so many leg bones?! hahaha.
I love how his thought bubbles have pictures instead of dog noises. it makes him even cuter.
Gorr rules!
With an iron paw.
Awesome energy in the third panel, Mark! Love them Trugzz!
I had fun with that third panel, thanks Tim! Glad you like the Truggz, I’ve got more comin’ in the next few weeks.
How much can you get for those things on the open market?
A rock is one million dollars. Maybe Gorr should give up the bones and move into other commodities.
I am so happy right now.
I’m glad, Saeed! I love drawing Gorr in his sacred chamber.
Kinda reminds me of Uncle Scrooge’s money bin. I like the scratchiness of the font you use or write with.
I can totally see Gorr swimming around in those bones like Uncle Scrooge! Thanks about the font, it’s all hand-drawn.
HAHAHA FEAR!
just yellow bone…
Gorr doesn’t have a yellow bone in his whole body, Pancho!
That dog is fearless! [woof!]
It’s great to be King.
That’s a top quality guard!
None of the “Step away from the treasure! You are too close to the treasure!” nonsense!
I didn’t realize Gorr had a bone collection that could rival that of Scrooge McDuck’s gold.
This is just the small vault.
That is just awesome! The panels are awesome too! 🙂
Thanks Carlo, I’m glad you like it. Took me a while to get that third panel where I wanted it.
If he’s a king and he calls him sire. What’s the hierarchy here?
You’ll have to check with the Trugg Genealogical Council’s Cave of Records.

I thought having him hiding beneath the bones would be a good touch. I’m glad you liked it, Tony, i put a lot of effort into that one panel.
A sacred chamber! Awesome! It might be good to add one of those to my house.
I’m sure you’ve got better things to store than old bones!
Hahaha! I love this guy! He must have a full-time job too. 😀
With Gorr around, I’m sure it is!

The Truggz always make great characters, especially when they’re in action.
I agree, Binky. There’s going to be more Truggz coming your way soon!
That 3rd panel is fantastic! Love how Gorr just stands there and takes it!
I’ll bet he’s had this issue come up before. Thanks for the kind words, Warren, I’m glad you liked it!
That was perfect. Hail to the king!
Long live the King!
I love those red guys! You drawed them gud! ;`)
Thanks Jande. I have fun with those Truggz!
He’s got a lot of bones to pick!
And this bone vault is the smallest one!
Where have you been all my life, Zombie Boy?
Glad I found it.
ROLFE
Thanks for coming by and commenting, Rolfe! I’m glad you like what you see. You’re a fine tooner, yourself: Mighty Monocle.
Be careful giving that kind of attitude to your boss!
Well said, Adrian! Truggz have been fired for much less.
Don’t mess with King Gorr!
Baddest dog in the Underground!
Ah, good. All those people hunting after your bones will never find them now.
Losers, weepers, Tyler!
“YOU SHALL NOT PASS!” As Gandalf would say. Lol
I need to come up with a very old Trugg with a beard down to the ground, that would be fun! Thanks for coming by and commenting, Miguel!

Dogs dig up bones, what else have they got to do? Images substituted for words is something I like to play around with. I’m glad you like the strip!
Awesome. Love the third panel
That was a monster to draw! Happy you like it!
I am squealing because i am overwhelmed with how cute Gorr is
Ahh, thanks Jenn. And you know a thing or two about cute characters yourself!
