Invisible
Ever notice that when you do a good job, nobody says anything, but as soon as you screw up people step over themselves to have their say about it?

It’s true! If you get 99 out of 100 in a test, the first question you get asked is: What was the one you got wrong?
Do a good job, you hear crickets. Do something wrong, the choir sings.
If you keep the bar low, then the fact you did ANYTHING would garner attention, not just the wrong things! [grin] #marriagelesson127
If you don’t expect too much from me, you might not be let down…
So true. 🙂
Heh.heh.
I guess there’s a right and wrong time to be invisible!
Invisibility has its pros and cons. Best time to be invisible: when you want to be left alone. Worst time to be invisible: when you want comments on your site, lol.
That’s practically the only way to get noticed in my household. You have to CRASH something, or hide something. 😀
That’s definitely ONE way to call attention to yourself. It’s like when you go shopping and someone drops something that breaks, people will come from several aisles over just to see what’s up. (Include me in there, too).
Inversely, his parents should have known something was up when they didn’t hear him making any noise for a while…
I guess there are all kinds of ways to be invisible. Personally, I’d rather be invisible until I mess up, that way I’m not gonna be monitored…
That is why I am always in trouble. People notice me then.
I don’t go out looking for it, but it always finds me!
The moment I can’t hear what my kids are doing it means there up to something.
I like the saying ”Do a good job, you hear crickets. Do something wrong, the choir sings.”
The quieter they are, the more trouble they’re up to…
SO TRUE!!! That’s me all the time 🙂
So you hear “ALECHO!” around your house quite often, eh?
I guess it’s because you’re expected to do what’s right, but when you do wrong, lookout!
No matter how perfect you try to do something, you can always find someone who’ll tell you you’re doing it wrong.
this is such a simple visual way of stating a typical day for me ahah
I’ve had days like these too, Jenn. Or when everything goes right, I just know something bad is just around the corner. Thanks for stopping by and commenting, Jenn.
Reminds me of the old saying “When I do something right no one notices. When I do something wrong no one forgets”
Somebody’s got to have an explanation for this! It’s a universal reality, isn’t it?
How true. Great comic. Says a lot with so little.
Why talk with your mouth full? Thanks for the nice comments, Frank?
