Embarrassment must be really powerful if it can affect the dead as well as the living. Sounds like you’ve got a superpower, Hjortur, maybe we can call you Embarrassmento, the Master of Embarrassment!
Bearman, I’m a bit behind commenting this week, just got back from vacation. Thanks so much for the shout-out and I love your zombie art!
I guess they got a good grade on the exorcism, but there’s a lot of mean spirits out there, plenty to go around!
Out of all the time frames in all of the universe, and the first vacation I’ve had in over two years, and you have to post on the one week when I’m out of pocket. Go figure.
I too like the effect of the 1st panel border. The best cure for embarrassment, in fact any negative emotion, is chocolate & lots of it. I think it is an endorphin thing. No sorry, actually it’s a taste-bud thing…
Tony, it’s funny how other artists tell me that they like that first panel, I think we all like to see something that visually surprises us. I almost didn’t do it but when I inked it, I thought it was fun so I left it alone. Thanks for the compliment. I agree with you – chocolate is a good tonic for what ails ya!
I love the panel border in panel one! My wife is always telling that I’m embarrassing her so I think I would do an excellent embarrass-exorcism 😀

HAHA!
I think I’ll ask my wife to refer to me as Embarrassmento next time she wants me to stop embarrassing her 😉
With great embarrassment comes great responsibility, Hjortur.
Here’s a geeky artist comment: I LOVE the negative space created by the trees in the first panel. Just AWESOME! I gotta do something like that soon.
Feel free to geek out here, Brian, you’re among friends! Thanks for the compliment, negative space can be an artist’s best friend.
REally the one time I give you a shot out and you are AWOL from my blog this week.
If they do too good in their exercises their won’t be any spirits left for the next kids.

You need to inform me of your vacations so I don’t try to converse with someone who is not there.

I guess whatever works. 😀
They shamed her out, but I like the Listerine as holy water idea. Wish I had thought of that.
I guess spirits have feelings too.
Yeah, the tree-border is very neat.
Thanks Binky. Sometimes its fun to shake up those panels a little.

This is a much easier way to bust ghosts. Also no worries of crossing the streams.
A psychological exorcism! Shamed out of existence…
